Know what’s happening
between payments.

A payment total tells you what was collected. Vehicle records help explain what happened in the lot.

Review stays without a matched payment.

Bring recorded arrivals and parking payments into the same workflow. Staff can check the vehicle, timing and available images before deciding what needs attention.

An unmatched payment is a review item. It does not automatically become a violation.

Set the rules for each lot.

Manage hourly rates, scheduled prices, maximum stays and grace periods. Decide whether drivers can extend a stay and whether extra time carries a surcharge.

Drivers see the price before confirming. Changes apply to future purchases.

Keep payment records together.

Review purchases, extensions and refunds. See the recorded commission, processing fee and operator share for each transaction.

Filter transactions by lot and payment type, then export the records.

AI-assisted vehicle review

A simple setup
at your lot.

Connect compatible cameras. Lotlet handles the analysis in the cloud.

AI helps read plates and vehicle details from images. Your team can review the image when a reading is uncertain, then correct or match the record.

From an image to a useful record

  • Record an arrival or departure with its time and location.
  • Use available vehicle details to find a visit.
  • Compare the visit with parking payment records.
  • Send uncertain matches to staff for review.

Camera position, lighting and image quality affect readings. Compatibility and accuracy need to be checked at the property.

For attendants

One queue for the visits
that need attention.

Spend less time moving between vehicle records, images and payments.

Find the right vehicle.

Search by plate, make, model or color. Filter by lot and review vehicles still on site, departures or items needing attention.

Check the evidence.

Open available vehicle images alongside the visit. Check the recorded arrival and paid-until time before taking action.

Resolve uncertain departures.

Match a departure to the correct visit. Review possible re-entry so a repeated camera observation does not automatically become a new stay.

Share the review work.

Assign an observation to yourself while checking it. Release the assignment when another team member needs to take over.

Reports

See traffic and collections
over time.

Review a week, a month or a longer period. Download records for your own analysis.

Plan around busy hours.

Compare recorded arrivals by hour and day. Use the pattern to decide when staff coverage or scheduled pricing deserves a closer look.

Understand collections.

See completed payments, gross amounts, loyalty savings and refunds. Review individual transactions when a total needs explanation.

Check the quality of the records.

Track unidentified arrivals, manual exits and cleared alerts. These details help show where camera coverage or staff review needs attention.

Recorded arrivals are observations, not a count of unique drivers. Repeated or uncertain detections need review.

Questions

A few practical details.

Do drivers need an account?

No. Drivers can select a lot and vehicle, pay, and manage a stay as a guest. Saved vehicle details make repeat visits easier on the same device.

Can drivers add time before parking expires?

Yes, when the lot’s rules allow it. Added time follows the current paid period. Maximum stays, minimum extensions and surcharges are shown before confirmation.

Does an alert automatically issue a notice?

No. Alerts help staff find visits to check. Staff review the vehicle and payment records before taking action.

Can we use Lotlet without cameras?

Yes. Staff can enter vehicles manually. Camera recognition provides another way to record arrivals and departures.

What can each team member see?

Operators manage their own lots and team. Attendants work within their assigned operator’s records. Drivers access their own parking details.

Does the demo charge money?

No. Checkout, extensions and refunds are simulated in the demo. No real money is collected or paid out.
